Artwork & File Uploads
Always upload the highest-quality version of your artwork available.
For logos and graphics, transparent PNG or vector files such as SVG are ideal when supported by the online designer.
High-resolution JPG or JPEG files may also work well for photographs and full-colour images.
Please use the file formats accepted by the upload tool when creating your design.
Online orders are produced from the design submitted by the customer.
We do not provide manual design proofing as part of the standard online ordering process and do not routinely check or correct spelling, grammar, image quality, resolution, positioning, sizing or other design choices before production.
Please review your design carefully before completing checkout.
If an uploaded image is low resolution, the finished print may also appear blurry or pixelated.
Use the highest-resolution original file you have and avoid enlarging small images significantly.
Your finished product will reflect the quality of the artwork submitted.
